A homage to the neo-noir Blade Runner dystopian film, vertical strips of flashing Neon lights against a purple background set the backdrop for another brilliant Kate sylvester's runway show at NEW ZEALAND FASHION WEEK 2017.
'Electric Dreams' tipped it's hat to 80's futurism, using a palette of intense, bold colours to contrast with neutrals of grey, nude, taupe and powder blues. but the label's iconic Femininity wasn't lost to futurism, with softness and texture brought together with leather, fur and tailored lines. who could look past the green velvet two-piece, as it came alive under the light and the large, oversized collar of the knee-length fur coat ??? the collection's elements All tied together with striking eye shadow by MAC COSMETICS' kiekie Stanners.
