A resort-style retirement village, situated on Auckland’s Hibiscus Coast. A series of tree-lined promenades provide a nature-rich environment for the independent villas, apartments and community amenities to sit within.
The stand alone Garden Villas are positioned to encompass The Botanic’s community garden, featuring twin glasshouses and 24 raised planter boxes positioned in the shape of a New Zealand Silver Fern.
The Botanic was developed by Matvin Group with architecture by Pacific Environments and constructed by Mako Commercial.
