A modernised commercial office for the Goodman Property Trust, designed by GHD Woodhead Creative Spaces in Auckland's Viaduct Harbour. An office designed with flexibility in mind, to house the 50 full-time staff, through a range of just 38 workstations, supported by quiet and communal spaces, private phone booths and meeting rooms.
Sustainability was also a focus of the design, targeting a 5 Green Star Interior Built rating.
NAUMI AUCKLAND HOTEL BY MATERIAL CREATIVE.
Art plays a central role in the Naumi designs and is found in the smallest of details, to the largest of artworks especially created for the hotel by local and international artists, including NY Art Department, Judi Bagust, and Belynda Henry. Custom fittings and finishes (including rugs by Henry) and the use of bold colour naturally enhances this concept, so it was important to capture these throughout the space.
